How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@Horsewood within 60 days of your order date. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Return the Product

Ship the product (even if empty) back to our return address. We will provide the return address upon request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 60 days of the original order date
  • You must have purchased the product directly from Horsewood
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to their own return policies

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Shipping and handling fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@Horsewood within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
